I'm Jill, and I want to share my love of yoga with you.

I found yoga as a new mom over 25 years ago. I became a Yoga Alliance Certified 200 hour Yoga Teacher in 2014 and have been teaching ever since. I recently completed my 500-hr certification with Jason Crandell, and I am a certified SATYA teacher with Tias Little's Prajna Yoga. Through extensive training, my own practice has blossomed and grown. I can't wait to share it with you!
